A New Leaf, Inc., foster services are built on solid relations with families, peers, schools, and communities; to be effective and individualized; to be mobile so we can reach the larger communities (Columbus, Ohio) as well as the smaller communities (Circleville, Ohio); and to be creative to meet today's challenges.
